Culture Days at The Inc
Culture Days raises the awareness, accessibility, participation and engagement of Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities. Founded in 2009, Culture Days is a non-profit organization dedicated to building a national network of cultural connections devoted to providing Canadians with opportunities to participate in, and appreciate, all forms of arts and culture.
Here at The Inc, we will be continuing with our ❤ Your Artist Run Centre campaign. We’ll be asking the community to share with us why artist-run centres (such as the Inc., Centre 3, and Factory Media Centre) are an important part of the arts community and why we LOVE them.
This project was inspired in part by the work of artist Gillian Wearing and more recently the “I Need Feminism Because” campaign by Cambridge University students.
