In 2016, the Cotton Factory has generously donated a studio space for the Inc. to facilitate an artist in residence program through our membership. This residency program provides a valuable opportunity for artists from a wide range of disciplines and career levels to build their practice and engage with a thriving hub of artistic activity. The Inc. is seeking applications for 1 artist in residence from May through July, 2016. The selected applicant will be sharing the studio space with this year’s Ignition award winners, Abedar Kamgari, Lydia Santia and DB Kellam as well as short term visiting artists exhibiting at Hamilton Artists Inc.
