Artwork Drop-off: November 14 – 24 (during regular gallery hours)
Opening Reception: December 1, 7:00 -11:00 pm
Hamilton Artists Inc. is pleased to invite you to participate in our Annual Members Exhibition, SWARM! Open to Inc. members, this exhibition showcases your original artwork to the city, representing the richness and diversity of artistic practices in Hamilton. In order to submit, all you need to do is bring your work to the gallery during the designated drop-off dates and times along with the completed submission form. Forms will be available in the gallery or can be downloaded HERE.
Please join us for the opening reception Saturday, December 1 to celebrate the work of your fellow artist members.
In order to submit, your membership must be up to date. If your membership has expired, you can renew it online or visit us in person at the gallery during our operating hours (including during the drop-off times). Each artist may display one piece of work in the exhibition. Therefore, please be considerate of your fellow artists when choosing the size of the work you are submitting. In addition, the piece must be framed, wired and/or ready to hang when dropped off at the gallery.
Please fill out the application form below and bring it with you to the gallery during the drop off dates.
Drop Off: Wednesday, November 14 – Saturday, November 17 and Wednesday November 21 – Saturday November 24 during regular gallery hours (Wed – Sat 12:00 – 5:00 pm / Fri 12:00 – 6:00 pm). Any works submitted after November 24 cannot be accepted.
Install: Tuesday, November 27 – Friday, November 30 (If you would like to help with installation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org)

Annual General Meeting
Saturday, December 1, 6:00 – 7:30 pm
It’s that time of year where we are asking all our members to join us for our 2018 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting will take place on Saturday, December 1, at 6:00 pm here at Hamilton Artists Inc. The AGM is an opportunity to hear about all that we’ve accomplished over the past year and all the new programs, events, exhibitions, workshops, and community initiatives coming up in 2019. We encourage you to attend and meet with the Board of Directors and Staff, and learn about the different committees, volunteer and networking opportunities at the Inc. All members in good standing are eligible to vote in the general meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend and it’s a great chance to meet and connect with your fellow members. Refreshments will follow as the AGM will lead directly into the SWARM opening reception and festivities.
