This year we’re channeling the Sleepover! Arrive in flannel jammies from Wal-Mart, or maybe those satin pajamas from La Senza Girl. Don your favourite pink fluffy slippers, and arrive ready to chew on hubba bubba until your jaw aches. We’ll find ourselves huddled around the family desktop computer, eagerly waiting for our crushes to log into MSN. Mikey is bringing their NSYNC VHS, so we’ll be practicing our moves while the deep and delicious chocolate cake defrosts. Jordyn will have us brainstorming emo Facebook statuses to convince our 10 friends that we’re the coolest, because the Notebook DVD from Blockbuster wasn’t available to rent. Jay and Mar will be cooking up the only foods our parents let us make ourselves, lunchables or cereal bars anyone?  And, word on the street is some folks at the sleepover may even indulge in a pillow fight! Enjoy the nostalgia and gorge on gummy worms, sweet and salty popcorn and a pop tart (or five).
